About Santana Estates

Santana Estates is a gated community managed by the Keentrey Corporation registered in the Dominican Republic.

Travis Barker, the President and owner is Canadian who lives in Houston, Texas and spends several weeks a year in Las Terrenas.

Keentrey Corporation has entered an agreement with DR Paradise, a local real estate company based right in Las Terrenas to market Santana Estates. The office of DR Paradise is located just 1.5 miles from the project area.

We are not a large corporation with several on-going projects but a small company strictly focused on developing Santana Estates into a safe, affordable and enjoyable subdivision in which to reside.

The temperature on the island remains fairly consistent at around 77 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year. Generally, the whole island is sunny with tropical weather. The change in seasons is determined more by the annual rainfall then by the temperature.
